The Hanging Sit Ups

i have a standing bulla bor like that, but i did not secure it to the wall or anything. While i can do pullups sanely, cause they're more controlled, the hanging situps is too much circular motion. I got this little sports drink, kind of replacement, cause i was using gaiterade a deluted by half for my workout. And then i tried the stuff called element and it's like just a big packet of salts and potassium that you put in your waterand its actly pretty good. But since it's full of salt, that would be great for you to accidentally get up your nose while you're upside down.
