The Importance of Autonomy in AI
In the sort of in the AI field, that's referred to as hallucinations. It doesn't seem to me to matter very much whether you anthropomorphize it and decide it or and decide it has a soul or not. You do have to worry about the autonomous actions that it's a capable of taking - which might either depending on your vocabulary decide or hallucinate into taking. And so I guess my my question is, all right, we shouldn't anthropomorphized it. We shouldn't pretend it has aSoul. But why shouldn't we worry about what it will do autonomously?
