"I have an extremely addictive personality. That's why I don't keep snacks, like snacky snacks in my home and I don't drink," she said. "If I have a good day and I feel emotionally fulfilled and I'm with friends and I'm doing stuff, I come home. I have no cravings but if I have like a lonely day where I'm anxious today, I get home and I just binge until I feel back to like a baseline." She says her codependency issues were definitely in the addiction realm. 'It reminded me of alcoholism or with alcohol. When I realized it was an issue, it was like, well, I just couldn't stop drinking
