"I feel like I just keep having mini dark with a little bit of every month. Who knows who you're going to be next year," he says. "If someone had asked me a year ago, like what I knew on my spiritual, but I would have given them like a dissertation", the singer-songwriter adds. "'There's nothing we can't perform love,' it's that you have to just be love."

We were so incredibly honoured to sit down with Danielle LaPorte in our shared hometown to talk about the ego, living a heart centred life, and ultimately ask, "When is enough self improvement enough?" Danielle is the real deal, no BS, wise and spiritual down to earth guide we have looked up to for years; and finally, she brings her presence and wisdom to the pod.
