A patient can still have a lot of pain and be sleeping however you don't want to be treating the pain when they're sleeping because as we know these medications can increase the respiratory effects of stopping breathing. A multimodal pain regimen what exactly does that mean and how do you go about developing an effective one for a patient? And then my other question is you mentioned the behavioral pain scale you know that's great I think having something like that is really a good kind of second measure.
