We're going to talk through some of the best questions to ask yourself if you're considering quitting. How much runway do you have? How much money do you have in savings? Is it if it's less than three months, what we've often found is it's not usually a good idea. We'll then towards the end of the episode, talk about some other alternatives that most people have never heard of or thought about.

Should you stay or should you go? If you're so stressed you feel like you can't function normally, or you feel completely misaligned with your work, or you're no longer able to have a social life, or maybe all the above... something does have to change! However, you actually have more options than simply staying or quitting.
