The Supreme Court had upheld the right of an individual to create a living will back in 2018. Doctor Datta explains why there were few takers for this creation of a living will. After law a will can be written by a person on a piece of paper and signed in the presence of two witnesses to be considered a will. A living will on the other hand is not so easy to implement.
