i think the main thing now is that, like, so in this article about functional disorders, they talk about one of the, kind of the smoking gun that really convinced me was that the people who had these attacks years ago were still experiencing symptoms. In a lot of cases, the symptoms were getting worse still. That is actually a tell tale sign of a functional disorder and something that is psychogenic.
