West point uses what they call the Thayer method which is basically a socratic method of of learning from each other so we give the cadets readings or videos to watch and they're expected to do that before class. They don't learn methodology or yes or learn methodology that we've gone to i didn't know they called it the their method actually until recently one of my buddies west point grad was friends with this guy he was like a naval guy but his theories were very impactful to the military in general.
