When you accomplish those big goals, it's time to set another big goal. And let me just echo what chris said. What i did was i truly sort of neglected how important it was to have good relationships with my friends and my family. I think if you know why you're working, and you're connected to your life, and everything's a little bit more balanced, your work will benefit from that. It's not going to suffer.
