Technical Debt Management - The Relationship Between Debt and Abstract Concepts

In the book, what we are aiming to do is make it concrete. The debt itself that you want a manage is actually something that you can define and put your hand around. In the softer system, you should be able to say, here is the rework that needs to happen in the soft weath. Here are the consequences that happen if we don't do that re work. And qite enough people start doing that. We may not fix the whole industry, but maybe the beginnings of that can start to come to fruition.
