Is There a Need for More Education?
I didn't finish my phd, but i continuously get pressure to go back and finish. I think formal education is incredibly overvalued. Most people learn the most when they go to work. There's also a difference between just working and then being a founder or building something new. For some people as you don't need to be an academic unless you want to build your own empire.
