Deal analysis is my favorite topic in all of real estate and this wire wrote a book about it. We're just going to talk about deal analysis and how you take the leads, how you go from working with your agent, working off these leads to picking the ones that work in this type of market. I use the bigger pockets calculator because it allows me to analyze deals really quickly and hone in the properties that I actually want to make offers on and ultimately buy.
