22 year old female presenting to out patient clinic with progressive, partial vision loss in her left eye. Took no medications and used no alcohol, tobacco or drugs. She denied any family history of opthemalogic norologic or automune disease. On exam in the outpatient clinic, she could count fingers with her left eye isolated, but had normal acuity on the right.
