The Proliferation of Open Source Tools in the Middle East
When I got out of government, we were able to give a friendly foreign government in the Middle East a really significant tool. And so these are very easily available through Western companies. The real crux of the matter is that this is giving them amazing access to everybody's data. But I know for a fact that they're doing a lot better job with commercially available data than our own government.
