Is There a Big Disadvantage to Egg Production?
There's a risk tatte there will be a big exodus of production due to the cost structure that producers are having and the losses that they're making. We did a survey of our membership, a base and er, we asked them whether they wold how long they could continue producing at the ctem cost levels theyrehaving to face. And 51 % said that they would not be in production, or wouldr not be producing as they are in a moment if the cost structures maintained for another six or 12 months. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of line schemes with retailers or super markets and big players that we see in insectors like dairy, for example
