Parenting Is Not About the Reward or the Punishment and It's All About the End Result
As a kid i was like proud of myself and that same exact way. It didn't feel like i was being gonna be punished if i didn't do something yeah but the punishment is just the knowledge of the non-acknowledgement or even just the concept of having to think about being scrutinized. Whether you're given a reward or not it is irrespective of the journey to get there it's only about the end result.
