New coke was a response to this pepsy taste challenge, which was brilliantly conceived. But first impressions are often wrong and so first mmouvers advantage. So the reason i'm so interested in whether you can create a scene is, if you understand the idea, it's almost carnal like, yes, you can do it, but only by not trying to do it.
