The Importance of Price

The two rooms that you rent out completely cover your rent. They certainly cover my house rent, but they don't cover my maid or my electricity. The electricity is quite expensive out here in Southeast Asia. I'm sure I could up my price quite a bit and people would still go for it. But yeah, I'm happy with what it's at.
