Almost half of every block in our neighborhood, the retail space out because people just couldn't afford the rent any more. And it's an interesting phenomenon in nashville, which has had such a boom in the last five, seven, eight years,. People want to move here because it's got that qorky, independent feel. But then everybody comes in the market, prices are driven up and suddenly those little businesses, which are the flavor of the city, get driven out.
