How to Deal With the Emotions of Loss
i want to give you a couple of tools to work with when you're dealing with the emotions that come up from loss. I forget if i talked about this in the last episode, so i apologize if this is a repeat. The first thing is something called first and third person view, or association and dissociation. It's a first perse n perspective, hearing what you heard through your own ears, and feeling the feelings of being there.
