Investors in the riskiest types of bonds are getting pretty badly burned here. Is that cut off funding to other companies and borrowers that need to get funding right now? That is true. And that's going to have very bad repercussions for the bank lending market because if your cost of capital is increasing then you're going to be tiking your own lending standards.
