How to Make AD Consistent

I don't like our chances of Darvin Ham out coaching Steve Kerr three out of five more times. Switching everything could be would have been the move, but you're also asking a lot of LeBron James at 38 years old. It needs AD to be near the pain as possible so we could take away some of the all ball screen actions and stuff like that. I was okay with Boone Holzer being fired. Not by the timing. But I understand the thought process there.
