Is There a Difference Between Races?
In the decade following the invention of ic sterilization, laws were put on the books in a number of states where people could be sterilized for being what they called feeble minded. So icutes were invented by eugenesis for the purposes of making these races arguments. And this whole time too, there is this racial element to it, because there was this sort of first proto bell curve kind of thing in the early 19 twenties.
