When the product company is growing, scaling, when you have more and more people join in more in-depth responsibilities. And somebody who's trained in research will definitely do a much better job with those tasks. I think it's very essential important for like companies as soon as they scale in investing in the research. So this becomes a part of the process and the culture. The company is basically prioritizing human centered approach, if you wish.
