The Re-He Theory of Capital Transitions
Re-he and world systems theory in general have an inadequate theory of capital. They think that capital transitions are fully reliant on nation state hegemones, they say. This has led some people like Joshua Clover to sort of theorize that if we take a re-he's theory of Post 70s capitalism, we can derive the conception of the primary form of proletarian revolt.
