It can be argued based off what we know about the brain that your visualizations, your affirmations, all of that actually work better when you're asleep. I think like the conscious experience of like visualizing is really good because it starts to form a picture in your mind of exactly what you want. Any type of visualization where it's like a healing one or like merging with your higher self or honestly, like all the slingshot sleepover ones are so powerful.
