Using a Time Phrase With the Future Perfect

We usually use a time phrase with the future perfect, often with buy or in. Sales will have increased by 20% by next January. By 2020, the city's population will have doubled. You can pretty well use buy with any future date, month, season or special day. We had buy next January, buy 2020, buy the summer and buy Christmas.
