The way that organizations would traditionally try to use data and metrics to manage their teams is they would use these horizontal analytics solutions. The problem, of course, is that sales managers or SDR managers are not necessarily very analytical or technical by background. If a manager is not seeing those things and instead is managing by gut, everybody's win rate is going to be lower than it would be otherwise if the manager was managing effectively by metric.
