What Is Pasteurized Milk?
Pasteurizing is basically boiling it. So what we start to get is food processing. Raw milk is better for you. There's more availability of certain nutrients when in milk. Modern pasteurized milk is not great but it's not even nearly as bad as it might have been back then. Back then they used to process the milk so intensely that it came out blue. It literally just lost all qualities of milk and it became this sort of blue liquid. And I think it's actually still like that in certain extreme processing plants in America. You see this in Europe, where they've got this stuff called ultra high temperature milk. This is stuff that doesn't go off. Even fresh
