The Importance of Internships in the Church

So often as evangelicals we have a false dichotomy between sort of word ministry or discipling and doing social good. Do you especially seek out interns from different ethnicities and nationalities? I do. Why? Because I would like to see these truths about the church flourish in lots of different settings, not just among white southern Baptist churches.
