Gold Mining Stocks - What's the Market Saying?
Two gold mining companies are merging, but the market thinks they're worth less than each other. This makes no sense because if management teams of both companies believed that by combining their companies they were destroying value, they wouldn't be doing it. I think this is just indicative of how bar the market is when it comes to gold mining stocks. Pretty much any news, even good news, is considered bad news. Now, personally, i still think this is a great opportunity to buy in this sector.
