Is There a Controlling Institution Over the English Language?
I think children as well for them, you'll see kind of like this evolution. At first when they're really little, they have to learn all the sounds. That's not easy for them. And maybe then they go through a stage where they start being able to string together their thoughts and create full sentences. But really, I think English learners don't start, not just English learners, kids like in any language. We don't really tend to start speaking correctly until we also start taking classes in school.
