Is There a Growing Presence of China in Latin America?
A growing presence both at the local political level, of chinese influence. A lot of it has to do with minerals that they want acquisition to. I am surprised to read about weapon systems we sang at tian that came across my desk for approval 16 years ago,. And you mention specific capabilities shipped to ship missiles and sustainment. So there's sovery for people who read the report.
