Riboah and Its Place in Pelvic Injuries
Riboah is Resuscitative endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta, also known as riboah. It's basically like a tornicade for that huge blood vessel running down the centre of our trunk. There are different places where you can stick this balloon and it can be inflated. And in the middle of all this, I think we've got to remember that actually putting these on, if that patient has broken their pelvis, that this is going to be a really, really uncomfortable thing to do. So don't forget that TXA in a timely fashion.
