The Eight Steps to Analytics Delivery

I would say a great part of my role is in zero to two, the product discovery, understanding, educating where analytics can add up value and solve problems. And then the end of the assembly line as we call it steps seven and eight, the analytical build validating that's that's been built release and adoption to the users. Then circling background for iterative to build on top of that. They're almost kind of like thinking of them as almost like the engineering or enablement team for you to be able to deliver on the front end or the human facing aspect of whatever the analytics delivery will be.
