You mentioned a few times food groups like dairy or seafood that can feature within a healthy sort of plant predominant diet. Do you think a kind of plant exclusive diet be just as good for cardiometabolic health as some of these dietary patterns that you've mentioned where there's quite a bit of evidence? Are there things for people that are adopting a plant exclusive diet to consider? Definitely so plant exclusive, if we think I guess vegan and vegetarian would include some dairy and eggs so I guess it's not plant exclusive.
