Are You Holding Kids in Criminal Court?

i got to imagine that that's designed or written with in mind for, you know, 17 year old right imean of courseis this is ridiculous. Because the law recognizes, even i a tenel, that maybe we shouldn't be, ya, holding kids in criminal jail. The exceptions are, there is probable cause to believe the child has committed any other delinquent offence involving the likelihood of serious physical injury or death. And so you hve to have all of that, right? You have to have a seri felony, physical injury and death. I mean, this is the tennessee law is clear. We do not want to see children locked up if we can help
