The Importance of Happiness on a Jana Meditation Retreat

No communications with the outside world, obviously not reading the news or anything of the sort. I listened to approximately two lectures of rubber be as Jana meditation retreat every day and maybe on average I also saw one guided meditation by Michael Taft. On average, I was meditating eight hours a day. It went as low as six hours in one day where I felt pretty low in energy, and tired from like the previous day. So if you're having a schedule that doesn't bring you joy on a Jana retreat, probably you're not going to have a lot of openings and that's a missed opportunity.
