I feel like some of these issues are just concessions to making things feel more fair, cause things do feel unfair. I think all policies should be measured by actual outcome, substanive outcomes, not by intended feelings. The other thing that people don't want to address is approximately seventy per cent of the chronic kinds of things people confront in their lives are a function of life style decisions. And unless you really no kind of address that issue, you're not really fixing any of the rud causes.
