Willem Kuyken is the Rit Blatt Professor of Mindfulness and Psychology at the University of Oxford. His work focuses on depression and its prevention and treatment, in particular how mindfulness-based programs can prevent or treat it. Willem has published more than 100 journal articles,. He wrote an excellent book called Mindfulness, Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Psychology which will be published in 2019. And he's currently writing a mindfulness-for-life workbook and teacher manual to be published in 2022 and 23 respectively.
