I think that we want to hear these really in depth through teens, but something that I have lived by for the longest time is that healthy is simple and healthy should be simple. For me, I try to make sure my routines are just that. I try to carve out the time in my day to have at least three meals that contain protein, healthy, fat and fiber. And then every night I make a really great dinner and that always varies based off of which phase of my cycle I'm in and what I'm in the mood for.
