How Much Carbohydrates Should You Eat When Cutting?

If you're just looking to get into great shape and stay healthy and feel as good as you can while you are cutting get at least 20% of your daily calories from dietary fat. Most people will find that they do better with more and not less carbohydrates so if you can get that up to 40% probably no need to go higher than that when you are cutting.
