i really don't think a students were taught a lot about academic freedom and freedom of speech. We were kind of shocked to find that only two schools have orientation specifically about freedom of inquiry. And they all have, you know, during orientation programs about bias related incidents and ways to report offensive speech. A student coming in hasn't been teaching a lot about this.
