Leaders should make sure people have an opportunity to self disclose, that's an actual choice. A way not to help people feel like they had an opportunity to decide not to share would be to start sending that matrix around and fill it in as people filled it in. i am extraverted terms of feeling. So if we're sharing about feelings, i am so energized i can lose track of time. And i just love those opportunities.
