Is Sequencing, Slash Order of Exercise Overrated?
sequencing, slash order of exercise is over underrated, highly underrated. Most people don't know about it. It really doesn't make that much of a difference at it won't blow your mind,. But if you've been training for a long time and you're strong, and you've been injured or beat up, then you go into sequencing - this is a game changer. Geordan w what about the viking press? A, let's see, is that over or under a, i think, i it's a pretty good overhead press. For a good hypertrophy movement, ideally we want something to brace against. I'd prefer it over a standing bar bell press.
