The Fear Threshold
We all have that in built fifth say we're sat on the bus or the train whatever that if we approach a stranger because everyone's so glued to their phones. It's lovely to connect with someone but also it's really good to get out of your comfort zone and just do something new. We don't know what we're gonna find when we talk to a stranger or even when I come home and talk to my spouse you know, relationships are always a little risky.
