If your diet is poor, then you're going to feel great when you stop pounding your gut with all of these chemicals that are found in processed foods. So I can imagine that doing a juiced fast is going to feel fantastic to the person who eats the standard American diet. It's also very easy on the gut, because you're eliminating the fiber. But the problem is that the fiber is what supports that's where the prebiotics come from. That's what supports a healthy gut microbiome.
