The Shaming Process Is a Compassionate Focus Therapy Process
The shaming process more of the upfront in a compassionate focus therapy. We're trying to not be beholden to being responsible for how everything has turned out or even who we are as human beings or what's happened to us. The idea is once we get through that kind of you know trying to wherever we can help the client feel de-shamed with their experience it's typically an immediate desire to well I want it to change and that's the language around responsibility taking.
