Is There a Correlation Between Regular Season Success and Finals Success?
There seems to be some kind of correlation between regular season success and playoff success. What do you think about like the 80s and 90s specifically made it so like the first or second seed almost always won in the finals? My guess there is just a function of the dynasties and kind of, you know, we didn't really have free agency until 1989.
